Order Processing and Delivery Times:

At Eqverse, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48-72 hours of receipt. We use a variety of logistic partners, including DHL, Blue Dart, Speed Post for international deliveries, and established local couriers for domestic shipments. Delivery times can vary based on your location and may take between 3 to 12 working days to reach your doorstep.

Please note that the shipping times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. We recommend placing your order well in advance if you have a specific deadline. If your order requires customization, production time will range from 15 to 20 days, depending on the complexity and quantity.

Domestic Orders (Within India):

Shipping Charges: Free shipping may be offered during special promotions; otherwise, applicable shipping charges will be listed on our website or communicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (IST) on business days (Monday to Friday). We strive to ship during holidays but cannot guarantee deliveries during public holidays.

Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Free shipping does not apply to express shipping requests.

International Orders:

Mandatory Shipping Information:

Customers must provide accurate shipping details, including full name, address (with city, state, country, postal code), landmarks, and contact numbers (including an alternate number) to ensure proper delivery.

Responsibility and Liability:

Eqverse will make every effort to deliver your items promptly. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or errors by shipping service providers. We are also not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will contact you to arrange a re-delivery or you can collect the package from their office. For deliveries to office addresses, packages may be left at the security desk due to security protocols.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen issues with courier companies or if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery.

Customs Duties:

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price and will be billed separately by the courier company at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by the regulations of the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
